Job Summary
This full-time role provides administrative program support to the Associate Dean for Curricular Innovation, focusing on curricular program development and oversight for online MSL program, CS+Law major, and other potential Illinois Launchpad expansionsDuties & Responsibilities

Occasional evening and weekend work, and some travel within Illinois will be required.Travel Requirements
10% Support occasional offsite events, mostly in ChicagoSpecialty Factors
Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated experience in administrative management.
Preferred Qualifications
High-level admin responsibility, such as EIC for a journal or coordinator of complex, external-facing programs, clinics, etc.
Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5001 - Program Assistant position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 10/20/2025. Salary is commensurate with experience. The negotiated salary range for this position is $21.95 - $33.29 hourly ($42,802.50 - $64,915.50 annually).
