Key Responsibilities
- Develop curricula and lesson plans for various grade levels, incorporating competencies, experiential learning, multilingual components etc.
- Align curriculum content with NEP 2020 and NCF guidelines.
- Create assessments (formative and summative) to measure learner understanding and skills.
- Review, update, and revise existing curriculum materials using feedback and performance data.
- Ensure curriculum is inclusive, promotes critical thinking, creativity, and life skills.
- Integrate educational technology and digital resources where applicable.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (teachers, trainers) and academic leadership.
- Provide guidance and training to educators on effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of curriculum in classrooms, collect feedback, and make improvements.
- Maintain documentation of curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, assessments, and revisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Several years of experience in curriculum development in schools or educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF, their objectives and implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design assessments and interpret results for improving curriculum.
- Familiarity with digital tools, educational technologies, e-learning platforms.
