Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF (National Curriculum Framework) guidelines.

Integrate activity-based, experiential, and competency-driven learning approaches into lesson planning.

Develop structured lesson objectives, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessment tools.

Ensure lesson plans promote critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development of students.

Collaborate with subject experts, academic coordinators, and teachers to refine and standardize lesson content.

Stay updated with NCERT, NEP, and CBSE/State Board guidelines to ensure compliance.

Incorporate digital resources, interactive methods, and child-centric pedagogy where applicable.

Review, edit, and update existing lesson plans to maintain quality and relevance.

Provide training support to teachers on implementing the designed lesson plans effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).

Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF frameworks.

Prior experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or lesson planning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to design engaging, interactive, and student-centered learning materials.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-learning tools is an advantage.
