Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Curriculum Developer (Hindi) to design, develop, and enhance educational content for Hindi language courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over Hindi, experience in curriculum planning, and the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design curriculum content for Hindi courses, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Research, analyze, and update educational materials to meet academic standards and learner needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and instructional designers.
• Ensure content aligns with learning objectives, pedagogy, and assessment standards.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to improve clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation and version control of all learning materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum design, content development, or educational writing.
• Strong command over Hindi language (grammar, comprehension, vocabulary).
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and educational tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
