Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant subject (English), Education, or equivalent.
- International qualifications or certifications (e.g., PGCE, CELTA, M.Ed., or other teaching credentials) are a strong advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in teaching at the middle school or secondary level.
- At least 6 years of experience in teacher training, facilitation, or educational capacity-building programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern teaching methodologies and instructional design.
- Experience with classroom observation, mentoring, or coaching is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop subject-specific training manuals and instructional content for Grades 6 – 8 in English
- Conduct a comprehensive review of training materials to identify content gaps, outdated methodologies, and areas for pedagogical enhancement.
- Integrate digital learning strategies, and 21st-century teaching techniques into the training content.
- Develop the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) tools and Assessment surveys, and analyzing results to inform content creation.
- Design and deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions for middle school teachers (Grades 6–8).
- Demonstrate and model effective pedagogical strategies and subject-specific best practices.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month
