Job Overview

Scaleup Connect is seeking a proactive and confident Customer Acquisition Specialist to support our business growth by identifying and engaging companies that require recruitment services.

In this role, you will focus on lead generation, outbound outreach, and appointment setting with hiring decision-makers. Your efforts will help the Business Development team convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, networking, and building relationships with businesses.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research & Prospect Identification

  • Identify companies that are actively hiring or expanding their teams
  • Research potential clients using LinkedIn, job portals, and business directories
  • Build and maintain an organized database of prospective companies

Outbound Client Outreach

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce Scaleup Connect’s recruitment services
  • Reach out to decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
  • Clearly explain the value of our recruitment solutions

Appointment Scheduling

  • Qualify prospects based on their hiring needs
  • Schedule discovery meetings between prospects and the Business Development Officer
  • Ensure prospects understand the purpose and value of the meeting

CRM & Lead Management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and scheduled meetings
  • Track follow-ups and engagement in CRM or internal tracking systems
  • Update lead status regularly

Follow-ups & Engagement

  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages to improve meeting attendance
  • Re-engage prospects who have shown interest but have not scheduled meetings
  • Build rapport with potential clients to strengthen conversion opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Ability to build rapport with prospective clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting
  • Prior exposure to recruitment or HR services industry
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting or outbound sales campaigns

Salary

  • PKR 40,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
