Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Mansarover, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 ( 4 days WFO and 2 Days WFH )
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 CTC
Process Type: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our growing team in Mansarover. This is a blended process role involving both voice and non-voice customer support. If you have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding products/services.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Log and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a blended (voice + non-voice) process.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
