Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Mohali
Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 Pm IST
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels—phone, chat, and email—ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries via phone, chats and emails
· Handling outbound data via all mediums (phone, chats and emails)
· Assist clients in scheduling appointments with education or migration consultants
· Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
· Follow up with potential leads and maintain updated client records in CRM
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience in customer service
· Excellent communication skills (English fluency a must)
· Friendly, patient, and confident demeanor
· Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in using CRM and basic computer applications (MS Office, emails, etc.)
· Prior experience in education/migration industry will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualities:
· Multilingual abilities (especially Hindi, Punjabi, or regional languages)
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
