  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate cases when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are completely resolved.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like sales, service, logistics, and technical teams.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, resolution time, and service quality.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues.
  • Maintain company standards and represent the brand positively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
