Customer Care Executive

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM-9 PM IST
Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹22,000

About the Role
We are looking for committed and customer-focused professionals who are confident in handling conversations with clarity and empathy. As a Customer Support Executive, you will engage with customers across various digital platforms, resolve their queries efficiently, and provide accurate guidance. Your role will be to ensure timely responses, maintain a professional approach in every interaction, and contribute to delivering a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to share order updates and resolve customer concerns.
  • Respond to customer comments and chats promptly and professionally.
  • Keep customer records accurate and updated in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and delivery partners to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions daily while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Who Should Apply

  • Candidates with at least 3 months of experience in customer support or a similar role will be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Stay composed in challenging situations and manage customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Must have a personal laptop and a reliable broadband internet connection.
  • Should be open to working rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
