Customer Care Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about delivering excellent service, handling client inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience within a professional tax consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, tax processes, and procedures.
• Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through service processes.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times.
• Contribute to improving customer service standards and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a consultancy or service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
