We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Care Officer to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and committed to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
