Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with travel-related queries, bookings, and after-sales support. The candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems (Galileo and Sabre) and excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers in booking, rescheduling, and canceling travel services using GDS (Galileo and Sabre).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide timely solutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer requests.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a customer service or travel-related role.
  • Technical Skills: Must have working knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo and Sabre).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
