KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Provide product and pricing information for automotive parts
  • Process orders, quotations, and customer complaints
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up when required

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service (automotive experience preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer and ERP system knowledge
  • Arabic is must
