Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Echo Media in Sharq, Kuwait. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Ability to maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies
• Strong customer support skills, ability to handle and solve customer complaints
• Strong computer literacy skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs and customer service software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD4,000.000 per month
