Customer Care Representative

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for follow-ups, reminders, and customer satisfaction checks.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Help resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets as set by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors & Above.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
