Customer Care Service Representative (E-commerce)

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Customer Care Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The candidate must have strong English communication skills and knowledge of Shopify. Arabic language skills and AI knowledge will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chat with customers via WhatsApp, live chat, and social media platforms
  • Track orders and provide shipping updates to customers
  • Handle customer emails and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and returns through Shopify
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for smooth fulfillment
  • Maintain records of customer conversations and complaints
  • Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or automation tools) to improve response quality and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Shopify platform (order management, tracking, refunds)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly
  • Experience handling Shopify store operations
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation
  • Arabic language proficiency
