We are looking for an energetic and responsible Customer Care Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The candidate must have strong English communication skills and knowledge of Shopify. Arabic language skills and AI knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Chat with customers via WhatsApp, live chat, and social media platforms
- Track orders and provide shipping updates to customers
- Handle customer emails and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and returns through Shopify
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for smooth fulfillment
- Maintain records of customer conversations and complaints
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or automation tools) to improve response quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Shopify platform (order management, tracking, refunds)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly
- Experience handling Shopify store operations
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation
- Arabic language proficiency
