Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
We believe that today’s talents are tomorrow’s global leaders and we are eager to brighten your future! We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Care team in Bursa.
The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:
  • Collaborating closely with Production Planning, Sales, Quality, and Shipment teams to ensure smooth coordination from order intake to customer delivery for domestic orders.
  • Communicating directly with customers, receiving requests via Genesys, and recording them in Salesforce.
  • Organizing cross-functional meetings to define action plans for customer requests and ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitoring the progress of action plans to ensure on-time delivery and resolution.
  • Managing and tracking returned products from customers.
  • Allocating inventory and controlling finished goods stock to meet order requirements.
  • Regularly reviewing service levels of tracked orders against annual targets and proactively notifying relevant sales teams of any discrepancies.
  • Coordinating order follow-up, including deadline management, test scheduling, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) organization, and shipment direction.
  • Receiving customer complaints, recording them in SAP, and ensuring resolution through coordination with relevant departments and direct customer communication.
  • Working in alignment with Customer Complaints Management Representatives to uphold customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
Who are we looking for?
The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
  • SAP– knowledge is an asset;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, accountable, and independent working style.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to understand needs.
  • Focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Acts with integrity and delivers consistent results.
