Customer Care Team Leader

What you’ll do:

• Preparing reports including routine analysis of customer data,
• Annual and monthly data reconciliation,
• Prepare capacity analysis,
• Advanced manual reporting capabilities,
• Determining the need for personnel due to reasons such as growth and call increase,
• Inbound inquiries about project performances, quality targets, client advisor performance, etc.
• analyze reports and take action,
• Project objectives such as revenue/expense, efficiency, corporate customer demands and needs,
• Preparing reports on issues such as organizational needs and informing the manager to whom he/she reports transfer,
• Carrying out studies to improve and develop the processes under its responsibility and evaluation of the results.

Who you are:

• Graduated from undergraduate programs of universities,
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of customer operations,
• Able to work in shifts,
• Able to work in hybrid system,
• Adapted to teamwork, developed problem-solving skills,
• Customer and result oriented
• Good command of effective in Turkish speech and spelling rules
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills,
• Proactive, result oriented and attention to detail,
• High reporting and presentation skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Adapted in the fast-paced work environment
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Good command of English
