Customer Manager - Emarati Nationality

1.Job Opportunity: Relationship Officer/Manager (1 position Full time)

2. Working Location:Emaar Business Park,the Greens, Dubai UAE

3.Job Responsibilities:

l Manage the relationship with corporate customers and NBFIs in MENAT;

l Conduct the onboarding KYC procedure under the guidance of head office and head of department;

l Complete the internal rating initiation, credit investigation and credit duration management;

l Liaise with both sister branches & correspondent banks for corporations, such as guarantee reissuance, syndicated loan etc;

l Complete the KYC review for ongoing corporate customers as per internal policy;

l Report adverse information or news detected to Compliance team;

l File related reports required by central bank of UAE, head office, auditor and other institutions;

l Deputize other colleagues of CB if necessary.

4.Job Specification:

l Minimum bachelor’s degree with major in finance, economy, business etc, master degree is preferable.

l Minimum 3 years working experience in banking & finance, preferably in a similar role.

l Deep understanding of transaction and corporate customer.

l Strong analytical ability with a strong understanding of credit analysis.

l Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance rules and regulations.

l Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

l Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.

l Positive character and team player.

l Excellent problem solving skills.

l Ability to effectively plan and organize and efficiently handle short deadlines.

l FI Banking experience is preferable.

l Knowledge and understanding of RMB capital market is preferable.
