Understand the Data Structure and Data modelling with hands-on experiences, e.g. performing table joins, queries etc. On some essential tools, e.g. Excel, Access, etc.
- And/or experience and strong interest in learning some advanced data wrangling and visualization techniques, e.g. SQL, Python, PowerBI, Alteryx etc.
- Previous experiences in applying data & analytics work to do auto/semi-auto quality checks and data issue root-cause analytics is a big plus.
2-Stakeholder Management

Previous experiences in stakeholder management (especially the BU Key users) via providing training/MD-specific knowledge supports and driving the best practices.
- Willing and able to handle the “love” and “hate” situation with stakeholders when enforcing compliance to Data Standards.
- Be the custodian of the best Master Data-related practices and ensure Data Quality improvement via ongoing tracking of relevant MD attributes and KPIs.

Involved in the BU MD-related sub-processes optimization and RACI definition or some change management initiatives is a plus.

Functional & System Knowledge & Experiences:

With 3+ years of experience in Master Data management roles as a strong performer Or with previous functional experiences connected to MD intensively and with solid interests and capability to learn fast
- Strong knowledge of MD and its related core business processes and knowledge, i.e. Not just looking at the MD isolated attributes as their existing standards, but also knowing well about the data’s business meaning and the impact of up/downstream business processes
- Having been involved in SAP migrations (~2010 - 2014) or main contributors of other previous Group Or BU MD initiatives ( Customer data harmonization, D360, MDG discussion, BU-led MD process optimizations and Quality Check automation, Key users training and RACI definition, local knowledge documentation etc.) is a big plus
- Proficiently hands-on with our MD tools and related systems: Winschuttle, SSF, SQ00, BW, etc.
