About Your New Job:
  • Support the Data Owners to achieve DG objectives (Quality target, Standard/Process refinement, etc.) and speak for BU specifications.
  • Responsible for operational DG activities (monitoring and maintaining DQ) in line with standards with Data Owners.
  • Advocate data best practices at BU and Responsible for facilitating change management activities.
  • Hygiene checks on master data and collaboration with BSO MD DQ Team.
  • The time involved (ideal delegated as 90%+ or depend on BUs).

About Your New Job Responsibilities:

1- Data & Analytics Skills
  • Understand the Data Structure and Data modelling with hands-on experiences, e.g. performing table joins, queries etc. On some essential tools, e.g. Excel, Access, etc.
  • And/or experience and strong interest in learning some advanced data wrangling and visualization techniques, e.g. SQL, Python, PowerBI, Alteryx etc.
  • Previous experiences in applying data & analytics work to do auto/semi-auto quality checks and data issue root-cause analytics is a big plus.
2-Stakeholder Management
  • Previous experiences in stakeholder management (especially the BU Key users) via providing training/MD-specific knowledge supports and driving the best practices.
  • Willing and able to handle the “love” and “hate” situation with stakeholders when enforcing compliance to Data Standards.
  • Be the custodian of the best Master Data-related practices and ensure Data Quality improvement via ongoing tracking of relevant MD attributes and KPIs.
  • Involved in the BU MD-related sub-processes optimization and RACI definition or some change management initiatives is a plus.
3-Domain Specific project examples Customers:
  • Indirect and Direct Partner management of MD attributes (Trade/Sub-Trade Channel, CCAF, etc.,), ensuring proper categorization of CCH Customer base.
  • Accurate and compliant usage of Order Block and/or Customer Group 4 attributes, ensuring accurate Order & Delivery Management.
  • Compliance to ISSCOM standard, ensuring accurate channel-based commercial and financial reporting and performance tracking.
  • Completeness and Accuracy of customer Geo-coordinates, facilitating routing and segmented execution.
  • Completeness and validity of Tax and/or Bank-related MD attributes, safeguarding compliance and collections.
  • Completeness and validity of customer Address and/or Contact MD information, ensuring customer satisfaction and execution excellence.
4-Domain Specific project examples Material:
  • Product lifecycle Phase-in (New product launch) & Phase-out (delist) process mapping (As-Is analysis)
  • Material description and promo indicator process mapping (As-Is analysis)
  • Accurate and compliant usage of LEO related fields
  • Familiar with connected master data objects – BOM, production version, routing, etc.
  • Alternative BOM, alernative BOM component, alternative PV, etc. usage process mapping (as-is analysis)
  • Completeness and correctness of planning relevant master data fields and ensuring proper maintenance (current APO, Blue Yonder in the near future)
  • Completeness and conformity of classification and weight-related attributes having a good understanding and cleanse for various reporting requirements.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Functional & System Knowledge & Experiences:
  • With 3+ years of experience in Master Data management roles as a strong performer Or with previous functional experiences connected to MD intensively and with solid interests and capability to learn fast
  • Strong knowledge of MD and its related core business processes and knowledge, i.e. Not just looking at the MD isolated attributes as their existing standards, but also knowing well about the data’s business meaning and the impact of up/downstream business processes
  • Having been involved in SAP migrations (~2010 - 2014) or main contributors of other previous Group Or BU MD initiatives ( Customer data harmonization, D360, MDG discussion, BU-led MD process optimizations and Quality Check automation, Key users training and RACI definition, local knowledge documentation etc.) is a big plus
  • Proficiently hands-on with our MD tools and related systems: Winschuttle, SSF, SQ00, BW, etc.
