Job Overview
Scaleup Connect is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Outreach Officer to drive business growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building with companies that are in need of recruitment services.

The role will primarily focus on initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and generating appointments with key decision-makers to support the efforts of the Business Development team in converting prospects into long-term clients.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, engaging with businesses, and building lasting connections.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Identification & Lead Research

  • Identify companies actively hiring or expanding their teams
  • Use LinkedIn, job portals, and business directories to research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain an organized database of leads and potential clients

Outbound Client Outreach

  • Initiate cold calls to introduce Scaleup Connect’s recruitment services to prospective clients
  • Reach out to key decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
  • Articulate the value and benefits of Scaleup Connect’s recruitment solutions

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

  • Qualify leads based on hiring needs and business requirements
  • Schedule discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development Officer
  • Ensure that prospects are clear on the purpose and value of scheduled meetings

CRM & Lead Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM or internal tracking systems
  • Regularly update lead status and track progress toward outreach goals

Follow-Up & Relationship Building

  • Perform follow-up calls and messages to improve engagement and meeting attendance
  • Reconnect with interested prospects who have not yet scheduled meetings
  • Build and strengthen relationships with potential clients to increase conversion opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in conducting cold calls and initiating outreach efforts
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Previous exposure to the recruitment or HR services industry
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales campaigns

Salary

PKR 40,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
