Job Description – CRM Executive (After Sales)

Location: Jagdalpur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Department: CRM / After Sales
Reporting To: Director / Sales Head

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after sales — ensuring smooth delivery coordination, timely support, and effective follow-ups. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and maintaining long-term relationships to build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Track and update delivery status in the CRM system daily.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests after delivery.
• Maintain records of deliveries, invoices, and customer feedback forms.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for quick issue resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on deliveries and service-related issues.
• Manage and update the customer database for repeat business opportunities.
• Support management in improving customer experience and customer retention.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, email, CRM software.
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (Any stream).
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM / After-Sales (preferably in building materials, tiles, or retail industry).
