Job Summary

The Customer Relations Executive will act as the primary point of contact between .me and our clients/customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other teams to provide seamless service.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve services and processes.
  • Assist in implementing customer service initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, client relations, or support roles.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Patience and empathy while handling clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
