We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Lead Generation Telesales Executive who can engage customers with professionalism and passion, driving new opportunities for our premium range of BMW vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through professional outbound communication and online platforms.
  • Engage prospects confidently, identify needs, and position BMW products effectively.
  • Nurture and convert leads into active sales opportunities through persuasive follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure smooth handover and lead tracking.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across phone, social media, and digital channels.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular performance updates.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with potential clients for long-term engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven, with a passion for excellence.
