Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through various channels.
- Engaging with prospects via phone and email.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Working closely with the manager to close sponsorship deals. Drafting sponsorship contracts.
- Maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum 8/10 proficiency).
- Previous experience in B2B telesales; event management industry background is a plus.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented but capable of working independently.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
