Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to manage client communication and support sales operations. The role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining project details and processes, and inviting them to the office for further discussions. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver an excellent client experience aligned with Zameen.com’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to provide complete information about Zameen.com projects.
• Explain the process clearly and guide clients throughout their journey.
• Schedule and coordinate office visits for detailed discussions.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients through follow-ups and support.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
