We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Customer Relations Manager to lead and oversee client relationship functions within our real estate operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing high-value client relationships, and supporting business growth through exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership capabilities and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, investors, and tenants
• Lead and supervise the customer relations team to ensure consistent service excellence
• Act as the primary point of contact for key and high-profile clients
• Manage complex client inquiries, escalations, and complaint resolution in a professional manner
• Coordinate closely with sales, leasing, and property management teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and feedback to continuously improve service quality
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and CRM data
• Support senior management in achieving revenue, retention, and service-related targets
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and real estate regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer relations or client management within the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and customer service standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage teams and high-volume client interactions effectively
• Professional, confident, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications
• Ability to work full-time in an on-site role
