Position Title: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions, handle data entry tasks, make follow-up calls, and support revenue generation through excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure service satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Handle customer queries, appointments, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
  • Support revenue generation by promoting clinic services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or front-desk operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry tasks.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
