Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000/month + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a client-focused and results-driven Customer Relationship Associate to join our on-site team. In this role, you will act as the key link between our company and its clients—ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining long-term partnerships, and contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely and professional support
  • Collaborate with Client Managers to understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients to ensure a positive start
  • Track client performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Address client inquiries effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records using CRM software
  • Create and present performance and satisfaction reports to clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client success
  • Stay informed about industry trends and share insights for client growth and retention
  • Achieve KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales (B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and client management tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
