Compensation: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 per month + Commission

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-centric Customer Relationship Associate to strengthen client engagement and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing onboarding, ongoing support, and value delivery throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Collaborate closely with client managers to understand client objectives and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Manage and facilitate a smooth onboarding process to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and key performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Support key performance indicators related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in client services, sales, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and client management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
