Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing patient interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting retention and follow-up activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with patients while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries professionally
  • Register patients and maintain accurate records in CRM/software
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Explain clinic services, treatments, packages, and pricing clearly
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
  • Manage patient feedback, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction
  • Support lead conversion and patient retention initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
  • Prepare daily reports on calls, appointments, and conversions

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in customer service / front office / healthcare / clinic setup
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinic, or hospital environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Customer-centric attitude with a professional approach
  • Fluency in English and local language(s)
  • Females Only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
