Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in the TMT bar sector, specifically focusing on managing and processing orders from dealers. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for our network of dealers, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and strong business relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of TMT bars, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Act as the main contact for dealers, taking orders for TMT bars through tele calling, and ensuring the accurate processing of orders in a timely manner. Further taking lead references from existing customers, calling leads and qualifying them, assess their needs, introduce our products, handle objections, present a formal proposal, negotiate, close sale, follow-up post sale, & build relationship.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing them with high levels of service, support, and ensuring they are satisfied with their orders and deliveries.
- Order Tracking: Monitor and track all dealer orders, ensuring that products are available, on time, and meet the required specifications. Communicate order statuses, shipping updates, and any delays to the dealers.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information to dealers on TMT bars, including product specifications, pricing, availability, and any related product offerings. Answer any product-related queries.
- Coordination with Logistics and Production: Work closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure the availability of products and that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
- Handling Dealer Requests: Address any special requests or concerns from dealers, ensuring they receive the appropriate attention and action required to meet their needs.
- Order Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all dealer orders, tracking order history, special requirements, and customer preferences in the CRM system for future reference.
- Negotiation and Pricing Support: Assist dealers with pricing queries and negotiate terms for bulk or long-term orders while adhering to company policies and pricing structures.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from dealers on product quality, order fulfilment, and service levels to inform improvements in customer service, product offerings, and internal processes.
- Promotions and Incentives: Inform dealers about new promotions, incentives, or special pricing offers to encourage sales and strengthen dealer relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance to provide insights that could enhance order management strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of TMT bars, including technical specifications, manufacturing processes, and industry requirements, is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in order management, dealer relationship management, or sales support, preferably in the construction, steel, or building material industries.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with dealers and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing, tracking, and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring dealers are satisfied with the resolution.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to assist in negotiating pricing and terms for bulk orders while maintaining company guidelines.
- Education: A degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
