Customer Relationship Management Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven CRM Executive to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure timely collection of payments from homebuyers. This role involves regular follow-up, query resolution, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking until handover.
  • Ensure timely collection of scheduled payments as per the agreement.
  • Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and reminders for overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate payment records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to reconcile payment receipts.
  • Handle customer queries related to payment schedules, dues, and project milestones.
  • Share demand letters, receipts, and payment acknowledgments with customers.
  • Escalate collection delays to management when required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Support in preparing collection reports and MIS for management review.

  • Knowledge of real estate payment terms and RERA compliance (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
