ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose:
As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will be primarily focused on executing CRM-related administrative tasks across NEMAG markets (Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria). Will be responsible for the seamless onboarding of new users, handling daily requests related to Veeva technical issues, maintaining updated user structures, supporting end-to-end (E2E) technical issues, and ensuring proper database maintenance. The role will also involve supporting Promomats administration, CLM administration, and overseeing the monthly sample upload process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Veeva functionalities and provide prompt support to ensure efficient operations across the Veeva system.
