Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Understand client needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to their expectations.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge of Maximus and any other in-house or third-party software tools used in our medical billing processes.
- Learn and support the medical billing lifecycle to better understand client pain points and offer proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (billing, development, support, etc.) to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
- Track client interactions, feedback, and service issues using CRM systems.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and assist in business development initiatives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client activities and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback to product and service teams to enhance offerings based on client experiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Quick learner with a willingness to acquire medical billing knowledge on the job.
- Basic understanding or willingness to become proficient in software tools (e.g., Maximus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, empathy, and customer-first attitude.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in medical billing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
