Job Title : Relationship Manager

Work Days : Monday to Friday (Five days a week).

Work Timings : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Working Location : Mumbai, India.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated graduate with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager in the network marketing industry. This is a rewarding, growth-driven role focused on distributor engagement, customer relationship management, and supporting business development initiatives.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, promptly addressing their inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves analyzing sales data and performance metrics to enhance our business and marketing strategies on an ongoing basis. Strong communication skills both oral and written is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with active and new distributors.

Assist leaders and key distributors in their recruitment efforts and ensure they have a smooth transition.

·

Monitor and analyse monthly and quarterly sales statistics and provide insights on improvement of business and marketing strategies.

·

Organize regular one on one and group presentations on product and business opportunity training sessions, marketing plans and promotions for new and existing distributors.

·

Ensure all distributors clearly understand the compensation plan, incentives, and qualification criteria.

·

Develop strategies to improve retention rates and reactivate dormant or inactive distributors.

·

Plan, coordinate, drive and support corporate engagement events such as seminars, recognition programs, roadshows and webinars.

·

Identify and support growth opportunities in underdeveloped regions or untapped market segments.

·

Ensure all distributor activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and code of conduct.

·

Regularly analyse distributor performance and report key metrics to senior management.

·

Drive awareness of ongoing incentives and recognition programs, ensuring timely and visible acknowledgment of achievers.

·

Address escalated product/service concerns from leaders or distributors and ensure resolution through relevant internal teams at the earliest.

·

Promote the use of company digital tools, apps, and back office portals to improve distributor efficiency and engagement.

·

Work closely with marketing, logistics, compliance, and finance teams to ensure a seamless distributor experience.

·

Collect and share field insights on product performance, distributor concerns, and competitor activity with the management team. Similarly provide feedback on webinars, products and promotions conducted from time to time.

Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely booking of shipments, track delivery status, and escalate as per the defined escalation matrix when needed. Monitor whether the inventory movement is aligned with the shipments booked to ensure accuracy of the stock count at the warehouse at the end of each shipping day.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
