Customer Relationship Manager

India

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop customer retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
