We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.

This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to improve client experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings with key clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or Client Servicing especially in U.S Staffing Industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in handling B2B or enterprise clients preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office tools.
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in U.S IT Staffing, SaaS, or service-based industries.
  • Understanding of customer retention and engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from client data.
