Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Title: CRM Manager / CRM SpecialistJob Summary

We’re looking for a CRM professional to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategy. This role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns, automation, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics)
  • Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app
  • Segment customer databases based on behavior, lifecycle, and demographics
  • Build and maintain automated customer journeys and workflows
  • Analyze CRM performance (open rates, conversion, retention, churn) and share insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance (GDPR, consent management)
  • Test, learn, and continuously improve CRM strategies (A/B testing)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
