Customer Relationship Officer (Security Services)

Position Summary:
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) will be responsible for managing client relations, maintaining guard deployment data, coordinating with deployment supervisors, and ensuring smooth operational support for all security guard assignments. The role requires excellent communication, data management, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update complete data of security guards including attendance, deployment records, duty rosters, and personal files.
• Coordinate daily with Deployment Supervisors regarding guard placement, shift changes, replacements, and urgent client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly deployment reports and share them with management and clients as required.
• Ensure proper documentation for new guard deployment, transfers, and withdrawal from sites.
• Communicate with clients for feedback, service satisfaction, and improvement areas.
• Assist management in planning manpower allocation according to client demand.
• Maintain strong relations with clients to ensure retention and timely renewal of contracts.
• Support HR & Operations teams in resolving guard-related issues such as attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferable)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage guard data and deployment records
• Experience in the security services industry (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle field-related issues when required

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
