Customer Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Executive, located in Lahore. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying potential clients, presenting and selling products or services, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively is a crucial part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Sales and negotiation skills to effectively pitch products or services and close deals
  • Good organizational skills for managing time, meeting deadlines, and keeping accurate records of sales activities
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
