Customer Sales Executive

Overview

NESL-IT is expanding its international sales operations and is looking for 2–3 motivated Customer Sales Representatives to support our growing client base in the USA and European markets.

In this role, you will focus on booking qualified appointments for our Sales Closers by engaging potential clients across multiple channels including LinkedIn, calls, emails, and digital outreach.

We provide Virtual Assistance services to Realtors and Medical Professionals (Doctors & Clinics), and your role will be to connect with prospects and schedule meetings with our closing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and want to grow into Senior Sales or Closing roles over time.

About the Role

As a Customer Sales Representative , you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments with our closers.

You will not be responsible for closing deals and your success will be measured by the quality and quantity of booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Introduce company services related to Virtual Assistance for Realtors and Doctors
  • Identify qualified prospects and understand their basic requirements
  • Book appointments for Sales Closers with interested clients
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads
  • Update CRM systems with lead and appointment details
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and scheduled meetings
  • Meet assigned monthly appointment targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with closers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and communication quality

Who Should Apply

✔6 months – 2 years of experience in customer sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
✔ Experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, or email communication
✔ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
✔ Confidence speaking with international clients
✔ Organized and comfortable working with targets
✔ Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
✔ Willing to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment
