Job Description:

Required: Females Only
Location: 47-C Zulfiqar Commercial Street 2, Near Creek Walk DHA phase 08. Karachi
Shift Timing: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (Evening Shift)
Experience: Minimum 6 months or 01 year experience
Salary: Market Competitive + Company Pick & Drop

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and accurately
Deliver clear and accurate information about products and services
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service level targets
Log all customer interactions and follow up when necessary
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Active listening and effective problem-solving abilities
Basic computer literacy
