Customer Sales Representative

Brandix Soft is a fast-growing digital marketing agency providing professional services in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Web Development, and IT Solutions. Our primary clients are based in the UK and US, and we help businesses improve their online visibility and drive measurable growth.

We are hiring energetic and motivated B2B Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will contact business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers in the UK/US markets to introduce them to our digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day to potential clients
• Communicate with CEOs, marketing managers, and business owners internationally
• Present and explain our services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, etc.)
• Generate 20+ qualified leads per month through consistent follow-up
• Set appointments for senior sales staff or conduct initial consultations
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable service packages
• Stay informed about trends in digital marketing
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Matric / O-Level
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 6+ months of international B2B cold calling experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in selling digital marketing services is a plus

Required Skills

• Fluent spoken English with neutral, UK, or US accent
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SMM, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Working Hours

• UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
• US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
• Days: Monday to Friday
