Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for experienced and good fresh ‘Customer Sales Representative’.

Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team . There will be opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Generate leads
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
