Customer Sales Representative

Location: P Block, DHA, Main Ghazi Road, Rehman Gardens, Lahore

Working Hours:

• 9 Hours total (8 Hours + 1 Hour break)
• 5 Days a week (If Saturday is worked, extra paid according to per-day wage)
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 + Daily Incentives

Experience Required: 1.5 – 3 Years in Sales / Customer Service (preferably International campaigns)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism during calls.

Requirements:

• Male candidate with 1.5–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Confident personality with sales-driven mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work night shifts with consistency and punctuality.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
