Customer Sales Representative

Globe Call Centre is seeking experienced Customer Sales Representatives / Call Centre Agents to join our outbound sales campaign for a leading Canadian internet services provider.You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and businesses in Canada to promote internet services (B2B and B2C). Your primary goal will be to build relationships, present service options clearly, and close sales — all while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Canadian residential and business customers to introduce and sell internet service packages.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans or solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Update CRM systems with call outcomes, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication at all times.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales or call centre experience (preferably in international campaigns).
• Language: Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident accent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive sales skills.
• Abiity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.

Job Timings: 7 pm to 4 am
