Customer sales Representative

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
