- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
