About the Role
This is a sales-first position focused on converting leads into booked moves. You’ll take ownership of each interaction, guide customers through the process, and close deals while maximizing revenue.

Customer service supports the sale—but your primary responsibility is driving bookings and revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound calls and online inquiries with the goal of closing on the first interaction
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to convert quotes into booked jobs
  • Ask strategic questions to uncover needs and maximize job value
  • Build and present accurate estimates using internal systems
  • Recommend additional services and supplies to increase ticket size
  • Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale every time
  • Track leads, quotes, and bookings daily to stay organized and efficient
  • Follow up consistently to capture missed opportunities
  • Deliver a confident, professional experience that builds trust and drives revenue
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn commission
  • Experience in sales, call center, or high-volume customer interaction preferred
  • Confidence in closing and handling objections
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Competitive, goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual is a plus
